In order to provide you with a safe and secure purchasing experience, payment processing is handled solely through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. If you pay by credit card, your credit card will NOT be charged until your order has entered the shipping process.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will honor one order per shipping address and per customer for up to five (5) units at a maximum of 10% reduction of the catalog price. Before charging you for such orders, we will contact you to confirm the order, then ship or cancel your order in accordance with your instructions.
After completing an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail detailing your order. If you created an account with Premium Bike Gear, you can also view previous or pending orders by logging in to your account.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or if an incorrect product was sent, please send an e-mail with your order number and a photo and description of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service department will then contact you with more details.
You may return any unused product purchased from Premium Bike Gear in its original packaging within 30 days of date of purchase for a full refund minus the cost of shipping and any taxes or duties paid. You may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you would like to return a product, please send an e-mail with your order number and the reason why you want to return the item to email@example.com. Our customer service department will then contact you with more details.
All goods purchased through Premium Bike Gear come with a ONE (1) YEAR Limited Warranty from date of purchase by the original end-user. If a material or workmanship defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Premium Bike Gear, at its discretion, will replace the product in question. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear from usage nor parts and/or material that are expected to be replaced in normal use of the product. Premium Bike Gear cannot be held liable for damages to personal property due to misuse, implied use or improper maintenance of the product.
