Tern’s signature Andros is now more useful than ever. The design team went back to the drawing board and engineered a lighter, stronger and easier-to-use stem. It’s the perfect upgrade for any Tern bike.
The Andros stem unlocks key benefits at the heart of Tern bikes. It delivers a stiff ride, with plenty of adjustability. Swing it open and raise your handlebars. Swing it closed when you find your perfect riding position. Little too low? Adjust it again. It’s tool free, and intuitive to operate. With a huge range of vertical adjustment, it lets any rider find the perfect riding position, whether fighting a headwind or sailing on a tailwind.
It’s also a perfect companion for the Valo 2 dynamo lighting system or the Tern Valo Direct. It secures the Valo 2 against theft, and lets riders mount their lights in the optimal position, above the front wheel, in the center of their cockpit.
The Andros G2 extends Tern’s commitment to serving all riders—those with smaller hands will appreciate that the new Andros is easier to open and close because the single QR lever has been separated into two.
Finally, the revised Andros stem is objectively beautiful. With subtle art-deco syling, and 42 g slimmer, it’s a good thing made even better. A make-over never looked so good.
